Hallo Herr Janßen,

mein gestriger Hinweis bezog sich auf eine Fehlermeldung bei der Benutzung von SNAP im Tutorial “Waldmonitoring”. Das ist auf Seite 43 ff. in der Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung beschrieben:

Die von Ihnen gepostete Fehlermeldung scheint aber bei der Installation von SNAP aufzutreten.

Ohne ein paar Hintergrundinfos kann ich dazu im Moment nur schwer etwas sagen. Unter welchem Betriebssystem möchten Sie SNAP installieren? Im Fall von MS Windows: Haben Sie Admin-Rechte und dürfen Software auch außerhalb Ihres Profil-Ordners installieren? Vielleicht können wir das heute Nachmittag via Zoom besprechen?

Als Workaround sehe ich im Moment zwei Möglichkeiten:

1. Nutzen Sie die von uns zur Verfügung gestellt VM. Dazu scrollen Sie auf der Seite https://learn.eo-college.org/topic/waldmonitoring-2/ ganz nach unten. Dort finden Sie den Zugang und Informationen zur VM.

2. Versuchen Sie die Vorgängerversion der aktuellen Version zu installieren. Das wäre die Version 8 und ist hier zu finden: https://step.esa.int/main/download/snap-download/previous-versions/

Ich hoffe, ich konnte Ihnen für den Moment weiterhelfen. Vielleicht sprechen wir später ja noch via Zoom miteinander.
